Green Gym

The BTCV Green Gym is a scheme that inspires you to improve your health and the environment at the same time. The BTCV Green Gym group meets in the reserve once a week and a session lasts for up to three hours. During this time you will be doing environmental and conservation activities with a trained leader. These activities are taken at your own pace, but there is always something to get your heart and muscles working.

Unless otherwise stated all Green Gyms meet by the skate park at the Leisure Centre at 10am each Thursday and finish at about 1pm. They are always accompanied by trained leaders and first aiders and include tea and biscuits. Follow the links to listen to an item on BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour about our Green Gym, to see the Green Gym website, or to see our Green Gym page.
