The Three Brooks Nature Conservation Group was formed in February 2005 with
the aim of conserving and enhancing the Three Brooks Local Nature Reserve for
the benefit of local residents and wildlife in Bradley Stoke. The group is made up of volunteers, mainly local residents, who participate in regular, practical conservation activities on the reserve on the first Saturday of each month.
BTCV
The charity was set up in 1959, and has a successful history of environmental conservation volunteering throughout the UK and around the world. BTCV works with people and communities to take practical action to protect and improve their local environment
Green Gym
The BTCV Green Gym is a scheme that inspires you to improve your health and the environment at the same time. The BTCV Green Gym group meets in the reserve once a week and a session lasts for up to three hours. During this time you will be doing environmental and conservation activities with a trained leader. These activities are taken at your own pace, but there is always something to get your heart and muscles working.
